And now a word from... me. About stuff you might want to try.

This is the third time I've written about nopalea, a new drink made from the fruit of the Nopal cactus that the maker says can have significant health benefit for you, and the reason I keep talking about boils down to two things:

1. FREE! which as you know is the way to get my attention and
2. Health benefits, too.

So it's not just free but that's important because Nopalea is a new drink that makes claims about what it can do for you -- namely, it says that it can help with aches and pains and asthma and shortness of breath and fatigue.

Now, I happen to suffer from all of those things, possibly because for much of my life I have subscribed to Homer Simpson's simply health philosophy ("purple is a fruit") but also because of aging and general health.

Then I read about Nopalea, which says it can help avoid those problems by helping my body get rid of old and dead cells while protecting healthy cells, and they've got testimonials on their website backing up those claims.

But look, I'm no sucker... often... and so I don't want to shell out a lot of money, sight unseen as it were, for something I've never heard of which is where that FREE! part comes in.  Right now, if you use that nopalea link up there, they'll give you a 1-800 number you can call to get a free bottle delivered to you, and a Wellness challenge and a booklet of info will be sent along too, all so you can try Nopalea for thirty days and see how it works for you.

And I can do that for me.

I mean, I'm sitting here on a Wednesday morning, exhausted, and my knees hurt, and I go to bed pretty early at night.  Can it hurt? Probably not.  Will it help? The testimonials from people say it helped them, so I'm likely to give it a try and I thought you might want to as well.
